The Ersa EXOS 10/26 is a state-of-the-art inline reflow soldering system with vacuum technology that has been specially developed for the requirements of power electronics and high-reliability technology. With its ability to reduce the void rate by an impressive 99 %, it sets new standards in electronics production.

- 9 preheating zones and 2 peak zones as well as 4 cooling zones: Ensure precise temperature control and optimum soldering conditions.
-Vacuum chamber after the peak zone: Reduces air pockets and significantly improves the quality of soldered joints.
-4-part transport mechanism: Consisting of infeed, preheating with peak, vacuum and cooling zone, also available as dual-track for increased throughput.
Sensor-monitored transport: Enables perfect synchronisation of the assemblies without an external infeed module.
Maintenance-friendly roller transport in the vacuum module: Lubricant-free and easily accessible for quick maintenance.
